Terms & Conditions
- Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions and all entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid. The Promoter is Tumbleweed Sales Pty Ltd, ABN 76 054 732 606, of 14 Williamson Rd, Ingleburn, NSW, 2565, Australia.
- To be eligible to enter the competition you must be 18 years of age or older.
- Entrants under the age of 18 must have parental/guardian consent to enter.
- Employees, Agents and Distributors of Tumbleweed Sales Pty Ltd, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the promotion.
- To the extent permitted by law, all contestants release from, and indemnify the Promoter and associated Entities, Agents, Distributors and Employees, against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury, death, damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
- By entering this competition all entries become the property of the Promoter.
- All entrants consent to the Promoter making copies of the whole or any part of their entry and grant at no cost to the Promoter all present and future copyright and all other rights in their entry and the publicity materials in all media (including, without limitation, the internet) and whether in existence now or created in the future and undertake to the Promoter that their entry is not in breach of any third party intellectual property rights.
- The competition will run quarterly for the (southern hemisphere) seasons of Summer 1st December to 28th February, Autumn 1st March to 31st May, Winter 1st June to 31st August, and Spring 1st September to 30th November.
- A winner for each 3monthly competition period is selected at 3pm AEST on 15th day following close of the competition (or the next business day after if these dates are on a weekend or public holiday).
- The winner will be notified in writing and advised on the Tumbleweed website.
- The judge’s decision is final and cannot be contested.
- No correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
- The prize must be claimed by the winner, within 30 days of notification, otherwise the winner will forfeit the prize.
- The prize will be sent via standard post within 15 days from the date the winner claims the prize.
- Prizes are non-negotiable, non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash nor can they be exchanged.
- If a winner does not take a part of the prize at the time set by the Promoter, the winner will forfeit that part.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for changes in prize value.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not deemed tasteful, or in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
- Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- The Promoter shall not accept responsibility for or be liable for any entry that is lost, misdirected, damaged, corrupted or, submitted with incorrect entry details.
- The winner agrees, at the Promoters’ request, to participate in any promotional activity regarding their win, free of cost to the promoter, and consent to their name or image being used in promotional material.
- Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion.
- By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, for the purpose of this promotion.
- The Promoter may cancel, suspend or vary the competition if for any reason it is not capable of being conducted as planned.
